DVA: Making our website better for the veteran community

DVA has invited Veterans and your families to contribute to a new look DVA website.

The links below will take you to the test website.  If you have any feedback you would like to provide to DVA on the new test website it can be provided through the link below.

We know the DVA website is a key way for veterans and the broader community to access information about our services and supports. That’s why we’ve been working to make it easier to use, more accessible, and clearer to understand.

A test version of the future DVA website is now available and will remain open throughout May and into early June. You’re invited to explore the new website and share your feedback, so we can make sure the improvements really work for our users. During this period, the current DVA website will continue to operate as usual.

The test site shows the improvements we’ve made to our web presence based on feedback from veterans, families, ESO representatives and the broader community—gathered through workshops, surveys, user testing and co-design activities.

This new version will eventually replace the current website, so we want to make sure it works for you.

We’d appreciate your input.

  1. Please visit the test site and explore the changes.
  2. Take notice of the new look and feel, refreshed content of popular pages and improved navigation.
  3. Use the feedback tool on the right-hand side of the test site to tell us what you think.

While the test site includes all DVA content, it’s for exploration and feedback purposes only. Please continue to use the main DVA website for information and to complete any actions—such as submitting a web form or making an enquiry.

For more information including FAQs, visit Welcome to our DVA test website.

Thank you in advance for helping us shape a better website for the veteran community. We’d be grateful if you could please share this email with those in your network.

If you have any questions or feedback, send an email to DVA Website Enhancement Project.
